Middletown Harbor Cruise

Enjoy the serenity of the Connecticut River from Blanytre's Deck. The Harbor Cruise takes about 1 hour. You may order food from the Mattabesett Canoe Club restaurant and bring it aboard for a relaxing lunch or afternoon snack. The Harbor Cruise season, weather permitting, starts in early May or after the spring river floods.

Fares

$25.00 per person. Two passenger minimum weekends and four Monday-Friday with 6 maximum.

Reservations are suggested to assure boarding. However, walk-ons are welcome.

To enhance your enjoyment, only 6 passengers are boarded on each cruise.

Route

The Harbor Cruise will take you north, under the railroad and Arrigoni Bridge, to the Northern tip of Wilcox Island (one of the widest vistas on the river) then south to Bodkin Rock (the deepest location in the river) and returns to the Canoe Club through the local marinas.

Alternately, you may cruise down river to Dart Island or up river to Gildersleeve Island.
